What is a Quality Runner?

A Quality Runner is a dedicated second person whose only job on your project is quality. Where Baseline QC confirms the work does what the checklist said, a Quality Runner goes deeper: edge cases and unusual inputs, cross-device and cross-browser checks, full click-through manual testing of every flow, and a regression pass after revisions. Findings go back through your Project Manager and are fixed before the work reaches you.
