What if I don’t like what’s delivered?

You can request a revision — a configurable number are included per Project; beyond that, a revision becomes a new mini-Project with its own checklist and estimate. If something still feels wrong, raise a dispute: your PM reviews within 24 hours, an independent second PM can review, and unresolved cases reach the founder. Every outcome is logged.
