Cloudesk stores the account, chat, task, and billing records needed to run your subscription. Code lives in a company-controlled, access-logged repository. Staff accounts require two-factor authentication.

Payment details are never stored on Cloudesk servers. When a licensed, PCI-compliant payment gateway is connected, card and bank details stay with that provider.

Delivered files are typically retained 90 days after release, then archived per the retention policy. Billing records are kept longer. Assigned specialists appear to you as labels, not personal identities.
