Terms of use

Cloudesk (cloudesk.work) is a subscription development platform. A Project Manager owns your account. Assigned specialists join your chat under labels such as Coder A. Baseline QC is included on every delivery.

Plans are Weekly or Monthly subscriptions — not hourly gigs. Hours are estimated by your Project Manager after a confirmed checklist. Work is not chargeable during Scoping. Checkout collection is a placeholder until a payment provider is chosen; we do not store card or bank details on Cloudesk servers.

You may invite colleagues under one plan and one hour pool. They share the same Project Manager thread. There is no private client↔Coder channel and no specialist calls.
