Do I need a Quality Runner if QC is already included?

No. Baseline QC is included free on every project and covers the standard checks, so a Quality Runner is entirely optional. It’s worth adding when the work is larger or higher-risk — a checkout flow, a multi-screen app, anything that has to behave correctly on many devices — where a second pair of eyes testing exhaustively is genuinely valuable. A Quality Runner is always in addition to Baseline QC, never a replacement for it.
