Do I pay before work starts?

Yes. Cloudesk is prepaid. Pay with Razorpay on Checkout (new plan) or Billing (owed invoices). We start or continue work only after the applicable payment succeeds. Card details stay with Razorpay — not stored on Cloudesk for silent debit.
