Is my data and code secure?

Yes. Code lives in a company-controlled, access-logged repository. Every team member’s account requires two-factor authentication. Payment details are never stored on Cloudesk servers — when a licensed, PCI-compliant payment gateway is connected, card and bank details stay with that provider. Your data follows our retention policy (delivered files typically retained 90 days; billing records longer).
