Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can pause or cancel a single Project (actual logged time is deducted; paused time is held and deducted once on delivery), or cancel the whole subscription. Subscription refunds follow tiered hours-used rules: roughly 0–30% of cycle hours used → 70% refund; 30–50% → 50%; above 50% → no refund. Pausing the subscription is the retention alternative when you need a break without ending the plan.
